Keratoconus hybrid lenses. Hard centers with a soft skirt – also for oblique corneas. The RK lens is held up above the cornea by the soft lense skirt, with a 50 micron tear firm between the cornea and the back of the hard lens. This helps oxgygen flow in, and pumps new tears in the lens
