In her role as an Insurance Specialist at McCormick Vision Source, Katherine aspires to advocate for our patients by maximizing payments from insurance companies and decreasing denials on services they claim to cover. She is excited to learn more about running a practice “behind the scenes” and how to become a more detail-oriented professional. Katherine has previous experience as an Ophthalmic Medical Assistant.
Katherine loves good food (such as Julie’s Noodles), relaxing, and spending time with loved ones. She also enjoys a nice boba or coffee shop. When she is not advocating for our patients, Katherine dances with the competitive dance group ATX KDC, studies Health and Society at UT Austin (Hook ‘em!), or works on improving herself.
